Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important. If you have received a handbag or jewelry that does not meet your expectations, and you have not worn or used the item, YOU MUST NOTIFY ME WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT.  Upon notification, the merchandise must be insured and returned within seven (7) days for a full refund minus shipping costs and associated service fees, if applicable.
